J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging constitutional validity of Marketing Discipline Guidelines issued by the respondents and for other related reliefs. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, a fresh marketing guidelines is issued, and the petitioner is intending to challenge it and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the fresh guidelines.
