JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner against the Revenue Recovery Action initiated by respondents 1 and 2 on the basis of the requisition issued by 3rd respondent. Today, when the matter is taken up the learned Government Pleader after verifying the present developments in the matter has submitted that the entire amount is paid by the petitioner and therefore the subject matter of the challenge in this writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
