JUDGMENT

Petitioner, an employee of the Thamarakudy Service Cooperative Bank, which is presently under an Administrator, was suspended from service on 10.7.2015. However, one year has elapsed and therefore, the contention raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that, petitioner is entitled to be reinstated in service in accordance with rule 198 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules. In this regard, petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 before the Convener of the former Administrative Committee, and presently the society is managed by an Administrator.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent and perused the pleadings and documents on record.

On securing instructions, learned counsel for the 3^rd respondent has submitted that, Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioner will be considered by the 3^rd respondent and

he will be reinstated in service.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of the writ petition recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 3^rd respondent with a direction to reinstate the petitioner in service at the earliest and at any rate within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
