Learned Government Pleader states that during the pendency of these appeals, the Government Order which was challenged in the writ petitions and set aside by the learned Single Judge was withdrawn by the Government itself and was substituted by G.O.(P)No.213/15, dated 6.8.2015. In the light of the said development, Government Pleader seeks permission to withdraw these appeals.
Having regard to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
