In this appeal filed in the year 2001, service on respondents 2, 3 and 5 remains incomplete. When this case came up in the defect list on 25.2.2016, 3 days' time was granted to cure the defect. But no steps have been taken. Today when the case was called, there was no representation for the appellant. Under such circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
