The claim of the appellant for family pension consequent on the death of one Krishnadas, a teacher, was negatived by the learned Single Judge. It is this judgment, which is under challenge before us.
Writ Appeal No.405 of 2016

Single Judge. However, we clarify that if the appellant has still any other grievance, it is upto the appellant to work out the same before the appropriate authorities in accordance with law.
Writ appeal is dismissed.
