This appeal is filed by the petitioner in W.P.(C)No.34173/2010, who was a Junior Lecturer in NSS College, Panthalam, a college affiliated to the Kerala University. According to the appellant, her prior service in Seethalakshmy Ramaswamy College, Tiruchirappally, a college affiliated to the Madras University, should also be reckoned for the purpose of pension. By the judgment under appeal, the learned Single Judge declined to grant the prayer made by her in this regard.

previous judgments of this court, we do not find any fault with the judgment under appeal.
For that reason, this appeal is dismissed.
