In the above circumstances of the case, it appears that no sustainable ground is available to the appellant to challenge the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against the property. The learned single Judge has considered the contentions raised by the appellant against the proceedings taken under section 44 of the Revenue Recovery Act. We find no ground to interfere with the judgment of the learned single Judge. The writ appeal fails and it is accordingly dismissed.
