The limited request of the learned counsel for the appellant, when the matter is taken up today, is for a direction for consideration of Exhibit P4, which is stated to have been submitted by him, in the light of Exhibit P2 issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. We record this submission and order this writ appeal directing the petitioner to place a copy of Exhibits P2 and P4 before the competent authority in the Government of Kerala for appropriate consideration. Obviously, the matter will gain due attention at the appropriate level of the Government in accordance with law, so that any decision taken could be communicated to the appellant.
The writ appeal is ordered accordingly.
