This appeal is filed calling in question the judgment of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.8197 of 2015. We find that the said writ petition was disposed of along with a batch of writ petitions and that aggrieved by the judgment in two writ petitions, which were also disposed of by the common judgment, W.A.Nos.2173 of 2015 and 2198 of 2015 were filed and that these appeals were dismissed by judgment dated 03.12.2015. Since the issue is thus covered against the appellants, this appeal is only to be dismissed. We do so.
