These two writ appeals have been filed against the order dated 29.11.2012 passed by learned Single Judge in Review Petition Nos.893 and 975 of 2012.
view of the subsequent events, the writ appeals have become infructuous. It is submitted that, however, the question of law may be left open.
In view of the statement that by efflux of time the issues have become infructuous, we dismiss both the Writ Appeals as having become infructuous without expressing anything on the question of merits involved.
