This appeal is filed by the first respondent in O.P.21431/99 challenging the judgment dated 5th November 2008, by which the learned Single Jude directed the second appellant to pass consequential orders and to disburse the monetary benefits due to the first respondent on the basis that the post of Library Attender in Local Library Authorities are eligible for the pay revision benefits as per Ext.P3 as applicable to Librarian Grade IV of the Government Departmental Libraries.
