The appellant, a dealer registered under the KVAT Act, filed the writ petition mainly aggrieved by the denial of e-Service facility. Finding that the withdrawal of such facility was because the appellant is a defaulter, the learned single Judge declined to interfere. It is this judgment, which is challenged before us.

According to us, the appellant cannot on the one hand refuse to comply with the orders passed by the statutory authorities and on the other seek the relief that he should be permitted to enjoy the benefits under the KVAT Act. In such a situation, the learned single Judge was fully justified in declining the relief sought for by the appellant.
Writ Appeal is dismissed.
