JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the husband of the respondent. The Original Petition in respect of which these transfer petitions have been filed are pending in Family Court, Mavelikkara. The request is to transfer them to Family Court, Thiruvalla.
that Family Court, Thiruvalla is closer to the residence of the respondent and the transfer will only benefit her. But the respondent is practising as an advocate at Thiruvalla. So it is not proper to transfer the Original Petition to Family Court, Thiruvalla.
In the result, these Transfer Petitions are dismissed.
