Petitioner is the wife of the first respondent whose parents are the other respondents. She has filed OP No.1372 of 2011 in Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The prayer is to transfer it to Family Court, Nedumangad.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondents reside within the jurisdiction of Family Court, Nedumangad. M.C.No.148 of 2012 filed by the petitioner is pending in Family Court, Nedumangad. So I am inclined to grant her request.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed. O.P.No.1372 of 2011 of Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.
