The petitioner is one of the petitioners in O.P(IP)No. 2 of 2011 of Sub Court II, Thiruvananthapuram. The only request is to direct the learned Sub Judge to dispose of I.A.No.3989 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

A report was called for from the learned Sub Judge. He has stated that he is ready to dispose of the petition within one week if the parties co-operate. He has requested this court to advise him in the matter. The approach of the learned Sub Judge is to be deprecated. I do not know what is his authority to ask this court to advise him in the matter. This is not the manner in which he should respond to a direction from this court. It is sufficient to dispose of this Original Petition directing him to dispose of the application within two weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment.

In the result, this Original Petition is disposed of directing the learned Sub Judge to dispose of I.A.No.3989 of 2014 within two weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment.
