This Review Petition is filed by the writ petitioners raising several grievances with respect to the merits of the judgment. It is settled law that a review petition is maintainable only on grounds enumerated under Order 47 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In this review petition, there is no such ground urged. Petitioners have stated that the judgment in W.P(c) No.17594 of 2015 is rendered relying on the dictum laid down in State of Karnataka v. Umadevi [(2006) 4 SCC 1], which is factually incorrect. This Court has not gone into the merits of the case. No error apparent on the face of the record, has been pointed out. I do not find any circumstance warranting a review of the judgment. In case the petitioners are aggrieved, it is upto them to take up the matter before appropriate forum.

In the above circumstance, the Review Petition is dismissed.
