This review petition has been filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court requires reconsideration as there were no vacancies during the pendency of the rank-list. In fact this case has been decided since no counter affidavit has been filed in the matter.

Under such circumstances, I do not think that the grounds urged in the review petition requires to be considered on merits. Even otherwise, direction has been issued to fill up vacancies only if there are vacancies in the Department. Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not think it necessary to review the judgment.

The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
