This review petition has been filed seeking to review the order dated 09.07.2015 in I.A.No.8634/2015.
the order dated 17.03.2015 had been recalled and notice had been served to the parties to appear on 15.07.2015. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the order dated 17.03.2015 has not been recalled and this fact has to be recorded, failing which the review petitioner will be put to serious hardship.
Having heard the aforesaid submission, it is made clear that the parties agree that the order dated 17.03.2015 has not been recalled.
