ORDER
The petitioner submits that he was having valid quarrying
permit on 9.1.2015 and he is having subsisting permit.
Therefore, the request made in the writ petition is only to issue
transit pass without insisting environmental clearance.
In view of the above, the judgment is reviewed and directing the respondents to issue necessary transit pass to the
petitioner. Needful shall be done within one week from the
date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The review petition is disposed of as above.
