JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges award of the work of consultancy of Haripad Medical College.

¶33

The learned Standing Counsel submits that the work has already been awarded to the 5^th respondent and the agreement has been executed on 15.01.2015.

¶34

The petitioner has already approached the 1^st respondent with Ext.P10 challenging the award of the consultancy to the others. So, there shall be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P10 judgment after hearing the petitioner as well as the 5^th respondent. The award of the work of 5^th respondent would be subject to the decision taken by 1^st respondent. It shall be done within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
