O R D E R
The directions in the judgment of W.P.(C) No.
34094/2015 in the 5th paragraph has to be understood as the directions to the 3rd and 4th respondent. It is open for the 3rd respondent to explore the possibilities of placing iron grills instead of concrete slabs except to the passage to the temple. The judgment is reviewed to the above extent.
The Review Petition is disposed of as above.
