JUDGMENT
Antony Dominic, J.
In these appeals filed in the year 2006, on 10.9.2007, when the cases came up for admission after condonation of delay, the order was to post the cases when moved. After that the cases have never been brought up before the court, until today, when the Registry has posted the cases on its own.
Even today, the counsel is not ready to argue the cases. Under these circumstances, the appeals are dismissed for non prosecution.
