This R.F.A. and the Cross Objection are filed against the judgment and decree rendered by the IIIrd Additional Sub Court, Kozhikode in O.S.161/02. During the pendency of the appeal and the cross objection, the parties have compromised the dispute between them and have filed I.A.246/16 in Cross Objection 14/15 seeking dismissal of the appeal and the cross objection as settled out of court.
In view of the above, this appeal and the cross objection are dismissed as settled. Half of the court fee paid in the appeal and the cross objection will be refunded to the appellant and the objector.
