JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Appeal No.15 of 2014 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal as itself dismissed. Pursuant to Ext.P6 order, the petitioner was called upon to pay certain amounts for staying further proceedings. This original petition has been filed seeking for extension of period, by two months.
Insofar as the appeal itself is disposed of, I do not think
that there is any reason why this original petition should be kept pending. Original petition is therefore dismissed.
