JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondent bank that the petitioner has not complied with the directions in the interim order dated 16.02.2016, with regard to the payment of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 29.02.2016. Taking note of the said fact, I am of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the discretionary relief from this Court. The OP(DRT) therefore fails, and is accordingly dismissed.
