JUDGMENT
When this petition came up for hearing today, the counsel for the
first respondent submitted that the Special Leave Petition filed by some of the respondents has been dismissed by the Apex Court on 05.09.2016 and this fact was conceded by the counsel for the petitioner also. So in view of the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition filed by the parties against the order passed by the court below, nothing survives in this petition. So the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
