Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.2562 of 2015 of Principal Munsiff, Thrissur. The trial court dismissed his application for a temporary injunction. The order is challenged in CMA No.120 of 2015 of Additional District Court, Thrissur. The prayer in this Original Petition is to direct the court to dispose it of without delay.
