The captioned appeals are filed by the Revenue and the assessee challenging the order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Cochin Bench in ITA.212/11 concerning the assessment year 2006-07.
It is submitted by both sides that the Tribunal has already recalled the order and that therefore, these appeals have become infructuous. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed as infructuous.
