Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.
Pursuant to the earlier order, the Cochin Devaswom Board has drawn up a proceeding. It is placed on record along with memo dated 20.1.2016 filed by the learned standing counsel for the Cochin Devaswom Board. That proceeding states that the Ramavarma Bhajana Madom and the Chinmaya Mission Shree Bhuvaneswari Kshethram are the same premises. We record that. With this, we see that through the order dated 5.8.2015, the Division Bench had repelled the allegations levelled against the learned Ombudsman since they are omnibus and could not result in casting any cloud in any particular office. Under such circumstances, no further orders are called for in this matter. The DBP is closed.
