Read order dated 13.1.2016. The learned Senior
Government Pleader has made available before us a copy of the communication dated 23.1.2016 by the Divisional Engineer, Kerala Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. to the Under Secretary in the office of the Advocate General. It states, among other things, that the amount agreed to is only for delivery of the bhandaram along with the requisite accessories to the Thrissur office of the Cochin Devaswom Board. We record this.
