1.The petitioner herein is the sole accused in C.C.No.814 of 2012 of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Malappuram has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking expeditious disposal of the said case. The said case has arisen from Crime No.150 of 2012 of Vazhakkad Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353 and 225B of the Indian Penal Code.

that CW1 has already been examined and six months time is sought for disposing the matter.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances and in view of the report of the learned Magistrate, it is ordered that
