J U D G M E N T
As per the direction of this Court, the Excise Inspector, Karimanal Police station produced the death certificate of the appellant which is marked as Ext.C1. As per Ext.C1, the appellant died on 27.03.2011 at Medical College Hospital, Kottayam. After his death, the legal heirs were not impleaded to continue this appeal.
In the result, this appeal is disposed of as abated except the sentence of fine on the death of the appellant under Sec.394 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
