J U D G M E N T
As per the direction of this Court, the Excise Inspector, Pappinissery produced the death certificate of the appellant issued by the Cheruthazham Grama Panchayat. As per the report, the appellant died on 26.6.2007 and the death certificate is marked as Ext.C1. After his death, the legal heirs were not impleaded to continue this appeal.
In the result, this appeal is disposed of as abated except the sentence of fine on the death of the appellant under Sec.394 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
