J U D G M E N T
The petitioner's grievance in the writ petition is that the respondent is compelling the petitioner to show her designation as LPSA. By virtue of the interim order passed in the writ petition, the petitioner was directed to continue as UPSA until further orders. The difficulty arose when the petitioner applied for leave without allowance. The learned Government Pleader submits that the difficulty expressed by the petitioner is no more existing. In such circumstances, this contempt case would stand
closed.
