J U D G M E N T

The learned Government Pleader has pointed out

to this Court that the Director General of Prisons, State of Kerala, was not shown in the head note of the certified copy of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.13962/2015 and hence the judgment was not sent to

the Director General of Prisons. It is also stated that a fresh consideration has been made and the petitioner's application has been rejected. The petitioner also has filed a writ petition against the rejection.

The learned Government Pleader shall instruct

the Director General of Prisons to serve the rejection order to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of this judgment along with the reports relied on in the order.
