The above said Contempt of Case (Civil) has been instituted by the petitioner in W.P.(C).No.20010/2016 alleging non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court in Anx.A-1 judgment on 13.6.2016 in the said Writ Petition. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, Sri.T.K.Ajith Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Travancore Devaswom Board appearing for the respondent officer submitted on the basis of the instructions of the said respondent that orders have been passed as per proceedings No.ROC 8031/01/Est-2 dated 4.11.2016 in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in Anx.A-1 judgment. A copy of the said proceedings dated 4.11.2016 has been made available by the respondent to the petitioner's counsel as well as to this Court for perusal. Sri.B.Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has serious grievances about the said proceedings dated 4.11.2016 and liberty may be reserved to him to challenge the said proceedings in the appropriate manner.
