JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in judgment dated 29.08.2016 in W.P.(C). No.28512/2016 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the directions are complied on 26.08.2016. Same is recorded. Therefore, I do not find any further reason to pursue the contempt case.
Hence, contempt of court case is closed.
