JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in judgment dated 15.04.2016 in W.P.(C). No.15104/2016 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the directions are complied on 29.09.2016. Same is recorded. Therefore, I do not find any further reason to pursue the contempt case.
Hence, contempt of court case is closed.
