JUDGMENT

The learned Special Government Pleader (SC&ST) submits on instructions that the direction in the judgment dated 19.06.2015 in W.P(C). No.10846 of 2015-E was to produce the relevant documents before the Tahsildar, so as to take a decision on the petitioner's caste status. It is submitted that the documents produced were not relevant and on that basis,

the Tahsildar could not pass an order on the caste status of the petitioner and hence the matter has now been referred to the Kerala
