This contempt case is filed by the petitioner
complaining that the directions contained in the judgment dated 25.08.2016 is not complied with. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submitted that, the directions are complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt proceedings any further. Contempt petition is closed accordingly. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, liberty to file proceedings is left open.
