JUDGMENT
Petitioner in this writ petition was a Central Government counsel all together appeared in 19 cases filed against respondent No.1 before the District Court, Kasargod. A bill was raised by the counsel, but the same is not paid. In spite of representations and various steps taken by the counsel no action was taken by the respondents to wipe off the liability. It is in this backdrop seeking appropriate direction, this writ petition is filed.

not paid to the petitioner. That is not a sufficient reason on the part of the respondents to dissuade from paying the amounts claimed by the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
