The petitioner seeks issuance of notice in a contempt

case, since the direction is said to be not complied with.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality

submits on instructions that the entire amount due has been paid. The petitioner however contends that the amounts due according to him has not been paid. This gives rise to an issue, which has to be agitated in appropriate proceedings. The direction in the judgment was merely to pay 50% of the amounts due within three months and the balance 50% within three

months thereafter. This Court had not looked into any
