JUDGMENT
1.This proceeding is initiated under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 by the petitioner alleging that the 2nd respondent has wilfully violated the directions in Annexure-1 orders of this Court .
Sulthan Bathery Police Station wherein, it is stated that the notice was issued on a complaint received with regard to the conduct of home stay by the petitioner and the same was not in connection with the investigation in Crime No.662 of 2011 of Sulthanbathery Police Station, the proceedings of which was stayed by this Court in Crl.M.C.No.3274 of 2011. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner that Annexure-1 order has been flouted has no basis. Accordingly, this case is closed.
