file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Angamaly, the interim custody of a Tipper lorry bearing Reg.No.KL-41E7190 was granted to the petitioner. As per condition No. (l), the court below has ordered the petitioner to produce the original documents for the purpose of retaining it in court till final decision in the matter is arrived at. The said condition is sought to be modified.
