J U D G M E N T
This contempt case is filed complaining that the directions contained in the judgment dated 31.05.2016 is not complied with. Learned standing counsel on instructions submits that as per an order dated 06.09.2016, a cheque bearing No.1792066 dated 06.09.2016 for an amount of Rs.11,56,686/(Rupees leven lakhs fifty six thousand six hundred and eighty six only) is issued to the petitioner. In view of the developments subsequent to the filing of this contempt case, I do not find any reason to pursue further the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
