JUDGMENT
As per judgment dated 23.7.2015 a direction was
issued to the respondent to take a decision on Ext.P1 complaint submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month. On instructions, learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in accordance with direction issued by this Court petitioner was heard and action is taken against parallel vehicle operators causing prejudice to the stage carriage operators. Therefore, in view of the order passed by the respondent dated 31.8.2016, I do not think, any further aspect is to be considered, or any reason for pursuing the contempt case any further. Recording that the direction issued by the this Court is complied with, contempt petition is closed, however, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to make necessary complaints to the statutory authorities, if there is violation.
