JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case is filed complaining that, the directions contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.17793/2016 dated 26.5.2016 is not complied with. On instructions, learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that, in compliance with the directions contained in the judgment, permit was granted to the petitioner on 16.8.2016 and communication has been despatched on 23.8.2016 directing the petitioner to produce current records. In view of the submissions made by the learned Senior Government Pleader, same is recorded also taking note of the communication dated 23.8.2016 of the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Malappuram.
In that view of the matter, I do not think that the Contempt Petition is to be pursued any further. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
