The petitioner herein seeks pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.234 of 2016 of the Vidya Nagar Police Station, Kasaragod. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein has not so far been arraigned as accused in the crime, and so there is no question of he being arrested as accused in the crime. The said submission is recorded. However, it is ordered that in case the presence of the petitioner is in any manner required for the purpose of this crime, or for any other enquiry, notice as prescribed under the law shall be given to the petitioner. With such a direction, this application is closed.
