O R D E R
The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.638/2016 of the North Paravur Police Station, registered under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 IPC. The report submitted by the Sub Inspector of Police, North Paravur shows that the petitioner herein is not involved in the said crime, and that the allegations as against him are found to be false. The report also shows that the police would submit final report accordingly in court. In the above situation, the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest in the crime.
Accordingly, the police report is recorded, and this application is disposed of.
